With and for Seniors
ACAN brings together nonprofit organizations, businesses and government to develop creative solutions that improve the lives of older adults. We strive to provide and supply those in the community with helpful information and knowledge that may be beneficial to and vital in making life decisions. This will empower aging adults to live healthily and safely in the fall season of their lives.

Monthly Meetings
Monthly meetings provide you with current information with presenters and the ability to meet with ACAN Vendor Members to obtain needed information for you or older adults. The monthly meetings are the first Wednesday of the month. Location of meeting. Thornton Community Connections Center 9471 Dorothy Blvd. Thornton, CO
